Rugby Style Barrique -Wall Clock

A beautiful recycled solid oak wine barrel head is hand shaped to form a stunning oval / rugby shaped wall mounted clock.
The underside of the barrel head is stained naturally from the red wine used at the time.

The clock features wooden 3cm roman numerals and the original galvanised steel rivet heads from the wine barrel hoops
Clock hands: French spade (minute hand 11 cm / hour hand 8cm second hand 9cm) All dimensions are taken from the centre pin.
Silent sweep quartz mechanism operating on a AA battery (which is not included) Complete with hook and corks - ready to hang.
Handmade
Individually handmade, using 100% recycled oak wine barrels from the Corbières wine region of southern France. Each wine stave is unique and as a consequence all our are designs are one of a kind creations and not factory manufactured. The red colour on the wine stave comes from the natural red wine stored in the wine barrel.

Fait-Main - Recyclé
Les barriques en chêne sont récupérées, triées et recyclées. Après un temps de séchage et des heures passées en ponçant, les douelles sont transformées en objets d'art, meubles d'intérieur et d'extérieur. Bien sûr chaque douelle garde bien la belle forme incurvée! Le coté intérieur de la douelle garde sa couleur rouge due à la vinification, véritable reflet de son histoire. Suivant le tonnelier à l'origine de la fabrication de la barrique, les douelles présentent des variations de largeur, de longueur qui font de chaque création une création unique.
Clock Care - Entretien Pendule
The hands of the clock may have been removed to protect them during shipping. To fit your clock hands:
1. Remove the central pin. Fit the hour hand first. Point to 12 o clock. Push on to central pin without excessive force, do not twist on.
2. Fit the minute hand also pointing to 12 o clock as No.1. If there is a 3rd hand fit this now as per the above.
3. View your clock from the side to ensure that the hands do not collide with each other when turning.
4. If one of the hands is accidently bent, remove the hand in question and slowly straighten between finger and thumb.
5. Fit new AA alkaline battery.
6. Adjust the time with the button at the back of the clock. Do not set the time by turning the hands from the front.
Les aiguilles de la pendule ont peut-être été enlevées pour les protégées pendant sa livraison. Pour les remettre :
1. Enlevez la punaise au milieu puis montez l'aiguille des heures en premier. Pointez-la, à 12 heures. Poussez / fixez la sur la broche centrale sans la tordre et sans trop de pression.
2. Montez l'aiguille des minutes comme au No.1. Si la pendule a une troisième aiguille, mettez-la maintenant selon 1 & 2.
3. Tournez votre horloge sur le côté pour vérifier que les aiguilles n’entrent pas en collision les unes avec les autres.
4. Si l'une des aiguilles est accidentellement pliée ou tordue…. Redressez-la, en lissant lentement entre vos doigts. Pour la redresser il faut les enlever.
5. La pendule fonctionne avec une pile AA
6. Réglez l'heure avec le bouton à l'arrière de l'horloge. Ne pas régler l'heure en tournant les aiguilles.
